We treat healthy individuals between ages of 18-65.

• A hard night out with friends and suffering from a hangover &/or dehydration the next day!

• Yes!  Regretfully, anyone with a history of: 
  • Heart Failure  · Kidney Disease  · Liver Disease, Cirrhosis, or Ascites  · Recent Heart Attack  · Pleural Effusion(s)  · Pulmonary Edema  · Taking Diuretics (e.g. HCTZ, Lasix)  · Bleeding Abnormalities (e.g. Hemophilia, von Willebrand Disease) are not candidates.  At Revitamize, your safety is our number one priority!  
• Pregnant women must bring a medical clearance order from their provider. 
• Clients who are receiving Chemotherapy must also bring a note from their provider.

• Some intramuscular injections are contraindicated with Shellfish allergies; notify your provider as we have other options available.

IV "within the vein" therapy is a safe, fast, efficient way to deliver essential fluids and nutrients directly into the bloodstream.  The IV method bypasses the digestive system which allows for 100% absorption of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants.

Most common side effects reported are:

• Nausea during infusion (so we recommend eating prior to IV infusion).
• Some clients say they 'taste' the vitamins at the beginning of the infusion.
• Bruising or skin irritation at infusion site.
• Feeling energized after treatment!

Depending on service, it can vary from 30-60 minutes.

We offer group discounts on IV services. Minimum of 4 clients, we offer 10% off for all.  5-9 patients enjoy  15% off each client.  Our best discount is for groups of 10+ clients and we are excited offer 20% off for all clients PLUS host gets additional 5% off for hosting any size group.

We do not charge a travel fee with a service of $125 or more, within a 20 mile radius of the greater Wichita area.  Additional $25 fee outside of the greater Wichita area.  If hosting a group event for  5 or more, travel fees will be waived.  Please note, fee is one time charge, not per person.

Single dose injection session only (not with hydration session) will charge a $25 travel/service fee. 

We prefer Venmo or Cash as there are no fees; which helps us keep prices lower.  We do accept PayPal, Square, credit cards and some HSA cards.  When you book online, you will have the option to simply click on the link and pay from there.  If paying by Venmo or cash, just notify Revitamize to schedule and make arrangements!

We require 1/2 down at the time of booking appointment and the remaining is due at time of service

We do appreciate tips for our convenient mobile services!  

We do not bill insurance for our services.  However, the cost is cheaper than most ER co-pays without the hassle wait time!

Your deposit is transferrable to a new date of service if cancelled within 24 hours of service time.  If cancellation is less than 24 hours, we can not issue a refund.

Service you paid for, vital sign check, lung sound evaluation as needed, plus 1 follow up call or text. This follow up is to address questions following your infusion/injection.  If you are having emergent issues, call 911.  For further evaluation beyond the follow up call/text or need for further medication etc., that will require a telemed visit (coming soon) with additional consult fee.
